Shipping policy

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 4 business days of being placed. Some orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. If that happens, we’ll let you know right away. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us at customerservice@scentandpsyche.com for a status update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $10.

Delivery

We ship with UPS. Orders typically arrive within 4 business days of shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and weather.

Custom Orders and Personalized Items

The delivery timeline for custom orders will be confirmed when you place your order. Please email customerservice@scentandpsyche.com if you have questions about lead times.

International Shipping

We ship internationally with DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. International packages may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees set by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total. Customs may delay international packages, and we have no control over those delays.
